3 months on

It has taken this length of time for me to tackle a hill again.
I was so fed up I decided to give it a go - and survived with no ill effects.  Obviously I didn't rush and fortunately No2 son rang me while I was doing it and kept me talking so I didn't think  too much, and he assured me I could get to the top!
It may not be a mountain, but it felt like it.
From now on - onwards and upwards!
