A hot shower, dry clothes, strong coffee and a tuna steak with a coconut / mango slaw and wilted chard. And a rather sobering chat about something from 6-7 years ago which goes a long way to shedding some light on a long standing situation. Not an easy situation to deal with in all sorts of ways.
