Baker and blogger at work

M has had several enquiries from his geek friends about his sourdough creation, and is now diversifying his blog and is writing a series on sourdough creation. ( I hope this is quicker to write than his book......) 
I did offer the use of the hat photography studio, but this was declined! 

I’ve just taken a ‘Mary Berry’ mincemeat loaf cake out of the oven. It smells rather good.
