Feeding the Birds

After a quiet morning, we headed over to Tring reservoirs for a walk in the winter sun. It was pretty chilly but good to be out. We always have a supply of floating bird food in the car boot and Annie put it to good use (see the extra). At one point we were being followed by about 100 birds in the air and on water! As the sun dropped, so did the temperature so it was good to get back to the car. We took the country route home, lots of water on the roads but nice to see the sun go down. Now the fire is on, good to be home again.
