Puzzle

Pilates first thing followed by an hours walk.Back still sore but improving.Difficult to sit.Had a fright when I got on the scales so must loose some weight.
Helen has completed her first Christmas puzzle which is in the picture.Becky has been digging over her allotment and called in afterwards.

John lost his uncle George this afternoon.

Very stormy last night.Sunny spells and cold today.
