Pinner House

My walk today took me past this lovely house. Probably built around 1750 it was the home from 1788- 1811 of the Rev. Walter Williams and his wife Mary Beauclerc, the great granddaughter of Charles II and Nell Gwynn. Just heard that my 16 year old granddaughter has tested positive for Covid. She has been unwell all over Christmas with a sore throat and a temperature but is now feeling better. Luckily my daughter and her family had planned for a quiet Christmas at home and hadn’t really met many people since the schools broke up.
