Granddaughter Charlotte in Ireland trying out her Halloween outfit. She's a bit of a party girl, but I doubt she will be having the same fun as last year at a school dance.

Not my thing at all, never has been but so what. If she & others enjoy it & don't bother others, then fine. The written  Bavarian constitution states that too. If not otherwise illegal & doesn't harm others, then it's legal.
