Looking up
A quick walk around the loop line this morning, dodging most of the showers.
Then bagged up most of the leftover turkey for the freezer, and have the carcass in the stock pot with ginger, lemongrass, lime leaves, star anise and cinnamon for a South East Asian style stock. I see lots of noodle soup, curry and pasta in the coming weeks. Turkey, leek and mushroom pie with sprouts and carrots on the menu tonight.
