Boxing Day Saunter

It was a quiet and lazy day yesterday, and apart from a Zoom call to my sister and brother-in-law (tier 4 restrictions meant no visiting), Mum and I spent the day pottering around, opening presents and generally being busy doing nothing!  So today I thought I'd better get out for some exercise and fresh air. It was a rather grey day with Storm Bella heading in, so I headed back into Hartley Wood, taking a different route round.

At the far end the woodland opened out into farmland, and I got this shot toward a large barn over a field of sheep calmly munching away with hints of the gathering storm in the sky.
