Wednesday Backblip

I did a lot of preparation and baking for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day despite it being just the 2 of us. Corona restrictions are allowing just 2 households to meet on these days before going into full lockdown again. I always think it is just as easy to cook for a crowd as it is for 2 people but not possible this year. Austrians tend to stick to their families anyway so we are usually alone. It is not like in Australia where we invite friends who don’t have any family. I miss having family and kids around me at this time of the year. Hopefully we will all be back to normal for Christmas 2021. The Amaryllis given to me by my friend whose cat I blipped last Sunday has started to bloom. They are so pretty and I love that the greenery is a eucalyptus spray
