A Walk in the Somewhat Rainy

The weather app showed rain most of the day, but in reality, it just dribbled now and then.
When I returned from my walk, I could see an ambulance in front of my neighbor's (down about 1/2 a block) house. Other neighbors heard her calling for help and called 911.
She fell inside her house and broke a hip and a shoulder. Patty is 71, and very active (always walks, uses weights) but lives alone. Yikers, I do not want to ever fall! How I would hate to be in a hospital now, let alone a rehab place or nursing home (at least I'm guessing that will be the case until she can maneuver again). Or even to be at home but unable to get around easily. Be careful everyone!
