Lemon posset

Delicious simple desert...and thankfully friends loved it.
I added a sprinkle of lime and lemon zest just before serving and served with some small home made shortbread biscuits.We had Sea bass for the main course.
I had some extra lemon posset for tomorrow in other glasses but my friends took it as they loved it so much and I'm trying to be good so won't be tempted :-)
