Chill out day between the storm of work

Today was a slob out day .... ish.

Baked some fruit scones ... had to, otherwise the clotted cream I bought would have gone to waste.
Also baked some sun dried tomato and Parmesan bread.

Prepared the items in the above image, then settled down to watch rubbish films on telly all afternoon.

Then gnocchi with home made chorizo and tomato sauce for tea tonight accompanied by my last luscious bottle of Vina Tarapaca Syrah from Chile :((
