Belted Kingfisher

One of my favorites.  There were several flying back and forth across the water this morning making their unique typewriter sound.  They fly very fast and so I never try to get one in flight.  This one landed in the neighbor's tree.  I decided not to crop much or brighten the grey day just to show what a delightful little guy can do to make a rainy day better.
