Boxing Day

A bit of a dreary day. Already the wind is blowing down the chimney. Probably the beginning of storm Bella. Fingers crossed there won’t be any damage round here.

This is the only photo I have taken today while out picking up our Saturday Yorkshire Post.
Unfortunately our paper shop was closed, but managed to buy one at the Co-op.

We have had a lazy day.
Watched some TV, read the paper and have eaten too much again.

Must get out tomorrow to walk off the excess weight.

Today we would normally have met with our walking club friends, for the Carol service at Fountain’s Abbey, followed be a walk.
Hope to enjoy it again next year.
