Christmas migration

Having a quiet day planned, we were pleased that Shiv was prepared to go for a wander, not too far but it was good to see her going for a wee trot around the woods.

Wish I could have been able to get a better shot of this wee guy who is one of millions that embark on an annual migration north. The sky was pull of them.

We spent the rest of what turned out to be a great day in and by the pool, catching up with family and friends online and generally just chilling.

Sadly our plans with Sue and Prue for tomorrow are on hold as Rick has tested positive so Sue, he and Tamsin are now in isolation.

We will just have to extend the festivities until we can all be together again.
