HAPPY CHRISTMAS !!!!!

This is probably the worst that I have pulled my back in a couple of decades.Sitting is a real struggle.I have done three pilates sessions trying to follow the NHS video.It has helped a lot but it is very difficult to follow the exercises while looking at the screen.
The girls have been playing scrabble and we have started on the fourth series of The Crown.
