Here we go

Angie has been on the warpath over her company vehicle and phoned the manager of the largest German nationwide DIY branch, Bauhaus, where we bought the lawn tractor last year

there is no question about the warranty, it's the quality of the work done in their garden department workshop and then the huge time delay as they send it off to the manufacturer's workshop because it is beyond them & then the huge amount of time they need to do the work - this is based on experience.

The manager was very understanding, more or less admitting to the problems. He has asked to bring it in and contact him, and he will come down to take charge.

So had to do a good clean up with the power hose and let it dry off. Tomorrow will drive to Memmingen.
