Under the circumstances ...

It was a brilliant day. Good teamwork in the kitchen, lots of laughter, first class gifts, and excellent food. Plenty of FaceTime with TGR. Party games and perhaps a few drinks (ending with a wonderfully smooth 12 year old single malt that TSM bought me).

Very pleased with the home made Christmas pudding and my bread sauce was declared the best ever.

This time last year was not good. We were a family separated and anguished by illness. So Covid or not, we were feeling blessed.
