Dahlia in the Rain.....

We are having the most un-summery weather I have ever known. Cloudy here all day, chilly for the time of year and rain this afternoon. This dahlia looked quite magical in the rain. The younger generation departed for their homes late morning. We have had a most enjoyable Christmas. We talked with Kirsty and James via FaceTime... They live in South Wales, UK... so are in lockdown. We feel for our overseas family and friends and know we are so lucky to live in New Zealand.
