Chocolate cup
A friend gave me a beautiful (but dangerous) Christmas present of a Chocolate cookery book. I tried out this recipe for a really easy desert. Simply melt the chocolate, lightly whip some cream and vanilla extract, allow the chocolate to cool a bit and mix in the cream. Pour into espresso cups and leave to set. Easy peasy and absolutely scrumptious!
