Escape to the Gateaux

Christmas 2020

Grateful to be able to be with Dave and the kids, to be able to gift presents to make people feel loved near and far, to be lucky enough to receive presents. Mindful of others' losses and loneliness this day, trials and tribulations and inspired by those gifted with far more patience and kindness than I.

Reassuringly, the day ended with a lego build. And I think I may have the best slippers this side of Mrs Clause's fireplace.
