Fire and Frost

Well that’s Christmas for another year. Frosty morning again. We managed a leisurely breakfast, presents, a sunny stroll (frozen ground an improvement on mud). Finished the jigsaw in front of the fire and then a good dinner. It did feel odd and subdued though. No pubs, no big family groups, all quiet.
