A new joiner and our wonderful hosts.....

Bought her a camera for her birthday and now she has signed up.... Welcome Bumpster.

Having had a lovely night last night with Mark and Tish (our old neighbours). When we awoke at Susan's house this morning it eas to white out conditions and so spent the morning digging the car out.....!!

Got out, went into Hexham and did some pottery painting....Actually quite therapeutic (until Charlie started rubbing his paint covered hands all over me - luckily it washes out!!). Here is our lovely friend Susan and her daughter, Sophie getting creative...

It is when we come up here that we really remember how much we love it here and how much like home it feels (for me perhaps more than anywhere else I have lived) so come proper retirement, if she agreed this, is where I would love to return to.

Now just to look forward to meeting the rest of the NCT gang for ice cream and coffee at Wheelbirks Parlour and my second blip meet and Debs first with the lovely Marypot70 who introduced me to Blip way back in 2010!!!!
