We got a little snow yesterday, late in the evening, and there was a thin layer left in the morning. Today it's been snowing all day long until the evening, so when my cousin drove me home it was magical outside!
My day started for real after lunch when I arrived at my cousins place and started baking gingerbread with his little son. J had been looking forward to it and stood in the window looking for us. He's adorable and filled with energy. We made a lot of gingerbread cookies. He helped me with the rolling pin (I did the most of course, but he did his best), and to press down the mould in the dough. We made over 30 together. 
As I did yesterday, I spent a lot of time playing with him but I did get some grown up talk with my cousins and my cousins wife.
It's been a lovely couple of days! :)
This is from the walk to the car. We just had to stop and take photos of the scenery. We'll have winter for a few days before the warmer air comes back.
