Christmas Carol

A relatively quiet Christmas Day. No one seemed to be going anywhere. Edward joined our bubble and spent the day here. Smoked salmon and bucks fizz for breakfast and later a meal with Poussins rather than turkey.

During the morning the doorbell rang and it was our neighbours, Ray and Ann with Ray playing a couple of carols on his tuba. Dressed in Santa hat and jumper, he looked the part and it got the day off to an excellent start.

I hope Christmas goes by without a huge jump in coronavirus cases. Difficult times.
