A busy day prepping the duck, making the stock, herb & hazelnut stuffing balls, bird de-feathered (the tiddly bits left behind when plucking). Can't remember what else I did ....
Continued watching 'Informer', another crime drama series found on BBC catch up ...Can recommend.

Easy dinner ... a pimped up Coop veggie pizza. Amazing how some streaky bacon & salami can take it to the next level. Washed down with a glass of apple juice. Mince pie & clotted cream to follow.

Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting Abstract Thursday - Festive lights. The reflection of my candle arch can just be picked out in the bauble. Love a bit of Grandfather's Beard for effect.
