Rhubarb crumble
750 g fruit (whatever you like, tried it with cherries, apples, rhubarb)
125 g butter
125 g sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
300 g flour
1 level teaspoon baking-powder
1 egg
2 tablespoons of crunched cornflakes
salt
Grease a baking-tin. Melt butter. Mix flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking-powder, salt and egg. Slowly add melted butter and use electric whisk to knead crumbles. Press about 2/3 into the tin. Sprinkle with the crunched cornflakes. Spread fruit on top, add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar as you like. Sprinkle with the remaining crumbles.
Bake in preheated oven for about 35 min. at 200 °C.
