Knitting Group

Spent a couple of hours this afternoon at a knitting group. The organiser had sorted out a selection of projects that could be knitted for charities. Everything we needed had been put together in packs. Everybody got stuck in and started a project, and then we took them home to finish.
I am making a heart bag which will have a gift for a child placed in it. 'A' kindly made me two pompoms to decorate it. I'm going to do the other side in the orangy colour. This is a link to this project with a pattern you could knit as you watched TV.
Another project is for the SANDS charity. I think I'll knit a blanket for these next.

All the projects make good use of the end products.
