Christmas Eve!

Christmas Eve Eve and her brothers enjoying a hot chocolate before bed. They were wild today..... happy and lovely on the whole but occasionally feral!

We baked a couple more gingerbread wreaths for dear friends and prepped the house as if guests were coming, though they aren’t of course. I always think it’s the one time of year I wouldn’t be all horrified and embarrassed about the house if Jesus knocked on because we look fairly organised - clearly I have a Martha complex.

Gratefuls:

1. Provision of lateral flow tests so that we could check our COVID status ahead of seeing loved ones - and the fact the tests were negative;
2.Christmas Eve Eve delight;
3. The prospect of doing the Father Christmas business. I love this bit!
