Ouch

Bit of a strange blip 2nite, stupidly got my knuckle stuck to the hot oven shelf putting pizza in earlier and after cooling down with ice cold water friend remembered hospital wrapped her foot in cling film, sounds very weird and I must admit I was doubtful it would work but pleasantly surprised at how quickly it has taken the pain away
