Apparently Boris has his ducks in a row and a trading agreement has today been reached with our biggest trading partner.  

Boris tells is that "we have taken back control" although I'm not sure what it is that we've taken back control of, or why we felt we didn't have control of it before.  So now we can at last look forward to enjoying the much heralded sunny uplands of economic life post the EU, from midnight on 31 December.  

It is.a tremendous relief that we have avoided the worst case scenario of no trade deal at all, but the rather hard Brexit that has been achieved is very much not to my taste or in my interests and I personally don't feel like celebrating .
