The one less travelled by ....

We woke up to a light smattering of snow and blue skies and headed up towards Loch a Choire. However we were soon accompanied by very fine snow and decided instead to explore the forest tracks to left of the Moulin Burn. This turned into a mild adventure due to tree felling in some places and tree growing in others but was good fun.  

We were also rewarded with fine views of the the town. 

I'm making baked cod for tea tonight which we will have with champagne and followed by a slice of the date and chocolate cake I'd made earlier.

We're planning on watching West Side Story afterwards - one of my favourite musicals.

In today's other news I see that a Brexit deal has been struck.
