Pork Chop
Pork chop, cauliflower with mournay, and salad. Wine: Quinta das Carvalhas Douro Reserva 2017.
The CSA sent is a massive (5 pound) cauliflower this week. Some of it featured in the star of tonight’s dinner, and the remainder I put in a brine to ferment.
