Charity Challenge Day 10 - another ten miles

WEDNESDAY

I had planned a  running route for today but the weather was so miserable that I went on the treadmill first thing for a 12 km run. Then at lunchtime I ventured out for a 5 km walk up to Norland Moor and got absolutely drenched on the way back.

Wrapped a few presents, tested the mince pies and the vintage port. Oh and the turkey arrived in the Onion Van.

Parkruns seem a distant memory. In the blip, taken at 8:00 am this morning, I am wearing the yellow Cow Cowl which is available to people who have done Parkruns at over 25 locations.
