Wild and Very Windy .....

.... on the high summits like the Aiguille du Tour, the spindrift was more like clouds today.  It felt like we were within touching distance of the Mont Blanc Range as we walked up a very steep path to the Scex Carro Hut. View from there towards the Dents du MIDI, in extra.

Since returning in the late afternoon, we have been making last minute arrangements to have two people who would otherwise be on their own tomorrow, to come to us. Both have been very careful for months as have we. Now the Swiss son’s family presents are all wrapped except for those which have not arrived despite being ordered on 4th December. He will drive over to pick them up tomorrow.
