Strong Winged Bird

... in flight over a long cold beach.

It's not very good, he was flying at the far reach of my lens, but I took this with Wide Wednesday in mind. I won't be tagging it for the challenge since it's certainly not festive, this week's theme.

I'm not sure I have it in me right now to be festive or jolly. There is too much in the news that makes me angry or sad and too many folks that are loved but too far away. Still, days will get longer and the light will return and the adventure really will continue.
