Farty Pants

We left Yorkshire at 6am and got to our first destination to collect Mills at 9:30am.  Our drive home was through torrential rain!  Our local roads in Hereford are starting to flood.  The Wye in places has breached its banks but thankfully no road closures although, I imagine by now a few lanes will be impassable.  Hereford suffers with flooding!  I find it quite stressful if I am not home and having to travel back home as I am part of an area that can be cut off completely
Anyway.  I finished off my xmas food shop and got home just as the brook was starting to 'fill up'.  Everything purchased for Christmas meals has been sourced locally from local farmers and growers.  No supermarket shop for me!
