Rum Truffles

For anyone who watches The Great British Bake Off, I’m definitely an Extra Slice kind of person (as in, I’m a messy baker).
But these are lovely and chocolatey, and the amount of rum in them gives them a kick like a mule, so the messy appearance can easily be forgiven!
