Christmas in a bag
Normally the local Salvation Army hosts a Christmas meal for those who would otherwise be alone on Christmas Day. This year, alas, it couldn't be done. So we took Christmas to them. There's nothing like trudging round back streets looking for obscure blocks of flats to make you realise you don't know your local area as well as you thought you did.
Another hospital checkup as part of the vaccine trial. I've had no symptoms and haven't grown two heads, but of course I could be on the placebo. When I am eventually offered a jab I have to tell them and they will "unblind"me and tell me whether I've already been vaccinated.
