Awake in the early hours of the morning and looked outside to see a starry sky. 
It was no surprise that the day started frosty with blue sky. 

I did a washer load of towels and hung them on the line to dry. Then had a walk and hand delivered some local Christmas cards. 

By midday the sky was grey but it stayed dry. It wasn’t good weather for line drying though and when I brought the towels in late afternoon they didn’t seem much different to when they went out.
