A wee jag and a swim
I drove to the other side of the county to get my vaccine (my Scottish friend calls a vaccination "jag"). There was a huge queue some like myself had planned appointments whilst other had filled the "drop in slots". They provide information leaflets and a questionnaire for you to complete. It was painless, but the nurse said I might get a bit of a sore arm later.
I met a friend from work for a swim at Ouse bridge. It was a calm, easy swim that certainly seemed to help with the worries that have cropped up the past few days - so therapeutic. It was also good to have no pain from that trouble some rib that I injured at the start of December.
Thanks for the photos Ruth
