Savioardi biscuits

(Also known as Ladyfingers).

Making Tiramisu for my birthday so thought we'd try and make some GF sponge fingers.

And guess what... They taste fantastic! You would have no idea that they were gluten free. Here's the recipe, and I just substituted in GF all purpose flour. Worked a treat.

All gone now so will need to make some more later in the week... definitely a double quantity!
