Cake as promised.

Tony, Rafi's neurologist called by today and brought this lovely lemon cake which he had baked himself. A few weeks ago he promised to bake one once Rafi's tracheostomy had been removed, and he was true to his word!
Rafi didn't sleep well again last night ? Due to tummy gripes. The neurologist has increased his Melatonin and decreased his Movicol and increased his evening dose of Baclofen, lets hope this helps (although we won't know which has done the trick)
I'm trying to get Rafi to make some sounds, by humming a rhythm to him and encouraging him to copy. He really seemed like he was trying, or maybe he was trying to tell me to get lost ( he was never very keen on hearing me singing!)
