Mr Grumpy

Because of the current situation we decided to have Christmas with Ma and Pa early. Kinda lucky we planned it that way 'cause it looks like that the Q'ld border is closing again.
As it was a 40 min trip took us nearly 3 and a half hours...stuck in traffic.

Anyway when we finally got there we unwrapped presents...Flynn counted the money that Ma and Pa had been saving in a tin for him (he is rich enough to ask him for a loan now) drank tea and then went out for Christmas lunch....(which I will say no more about and spare the horrid details not to mention the bill...this picture of the boy say's it all).

The best thing was that we were together ......Mum and Jaiya talked Dad and I out of complaining to the management.......and nobody needed to cook or do the dishes....BONUS.

Big day for Ma and Pa who when we got back to their place fell asleep as soon as their bums hit their chairs...Jaiya and I fixed a couple of things and then we took off back to the homestead...nice to be home but totally knackered so it wasn't long before we were chucking zzzz's infront of the goggle box.
