Lunchtime Walk

Quite a few eBay parcels to post today so Mr K and I walked into town at lunchtime.
He got his chips (tut tut) and we went to Coffee #1 to get takeaway tea and cappuccino. Because he knows it annoys me walking along getting covered in tea because the cups dribble, he asked for a small tea in a large cup. He’s a keeper!!
I looked on the Tesco website this evening and saw a job with more civilised hours - and actually advertised unlike last week’s fiasco!
Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 6am-9.45am. Much better!
Obviously 6am is hideous but it’s all relative! And finishing at 9.45am means it doesn’t impact my days at all.
So I applied, filled out yet another NASA-esque application form and we’ll see.
Still no sign of the deposit money for my house so we are coming to the conclusion that they haven’t got it any more. Over £10k which should have been kept in a separate stakeholder account.
I emailed yesterday about its non appearance in my account - despite, again, being promised.
This afternoon I sent an email saying I can only assume they no longer have the funds to pay me and unless I hear back by close of business with written confirmation of a date to pay and, if this is not immediate, a satisfactory explanation as to why, then I will be seeking legal advice.
Guess what happened?
Absolutely nothing.
What are we going to do.
