Mono Monday: Week 361 ....

... Festive still life ... in red.

Well ... this isn't exactly a still life as the squirrel is very much alive!  But I have used lots of red elements ... including the mailbox wrapped in red paper.  The wrapping was done by Richard ... and he did a great job considering the shape of the mailbox.  The tricky part was getting the squirrels to actually go inside the box!  I got very lucky with this shot as he went in and then came to the opening to eat the peanut. 

I've converted this to a red duotone to make everything more festive.
