Yellow lichen

I think this yellow lichen is a crustose lichen, usually found on twigs.
Very few lichens have common names. They are very sensitive to pollution and their presence indicates clean air.
Reproduction is very slow.
Uses are varied from natural dyes to poison, medicine, food and more bizarrely used by the Egyptians in embalming as a packing material!
