Sparkly Rose

I received a gorgeous bouquet from Mr G today, most unexpectedly. It's a festive fiesta of pinks and purples and the roses have a shimmery coating.

The rest of the day was less bright and vibrant, both of us focused on work. J's final test came back negative so she is free (in so much as any of us can be right now). At least she can get some fresh air (and go to the hair salon!). Unfortunately my sister in law is unwell, and waiting on a test result, which wasn't a great birthday present for my bro on his midwinter birthday today!
