The East Gate

A grey old day today. I went out shoe shopping this morning and ended up spending a fortune on my feet. Three pairs of shoes in one shop! A necessary buy - I just can't afford to eat for the next two weeks! We had a tasty lunch and then my sister and I sat down to watch 'Untouchable'. A lovely film. Funny and very touching.

I wanted to take a picture of The East Gate in Warwick today so here it is. I have played about with the colours a bit, but I was struck by the red of the phone box and post box when I took the photo. I will take a photo of the West Gate soon.
